Two thrones Prince of Persia:

Both have all weapons and items from the end of their third game inventory.
This means Jak has his Morph Gun (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Jak_3#Morph_Gun_Mods), Dark and Light Powers, Hoverboard, and armor; and the Prince has his Dark Half, daggertail, sword, and the Dagger of Time (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Dagger_of_Time).
Setting is the world of either of the third games (left open so you can debate homefield advantage). Transports and allies are available to both characters based on which world they're fighting in.
