*Gasp* Traya's possibly going to release an RP. It's close to being planned out; but I want to drum up interest first. Primarily, it'd be storyteller led with a group of two or more people.
The action takes place in Tamriel; with the main focus being levied on Black Marsh, Morrowind and Cyrodiil. With slavery abolished in Morrowind; all is somewhat rosy with several of the more northern based Argonian tribes, who were forced to deal with the brunt of Dres raids. With Indoril on the decline, Dres having lost their primary source of income and the Redoran slowly being eclipsed out; a recent coalition of the Argonians are prepared to launch an attack on the south of Morrowind in a series of punitive raids.
But how does this involve YOU? Your character would be caught up in the increasing intrigue and the state of turmoil. You'd start off in a border town in Morrowind and we'd carry on from there.
Any thoughts?

While I'm quite interested in RPing, I really don't have the time to do so at the moment (University, Work, Girlfriend).
Sidenote: I'd personally like to encourage people that do have some time to join the Emblem Creation team to get our EoD RP ready to be played. ;)

I'm in. Please say there are werewolves. I'll still join if there aren't, but I really hope there will be.

I don't know. I'm going to need to see more on the storyline and the gameplay mechanic, then I shall decide.

At some point in the game; I may consider applying the choice of becoming a Vampire or Werewolf.
The game mechanics will be based upon the original system as used in Morrowind and Oblivion. You'll have a choice of preset classes, or you may make your own class. You will - of course - have a choice between the several races portrayed in the Elder Scrolls Games.
I'll cook up a character creation sheet later on. It'll be following the skills as layed down in Morrowind; insomuch as I think that lumping in daggers with claymores in a single skill setting is somewhat silly which Oblivion did.

RP about Morrowind sure sounds interesting, just a few things straight away though...
House Dres created an alliance with Helseth (Hlaalu) they are becoming a power player in the South and although they have officially denounced slavery I doubt they actually stopped completely, it makes no real sense for them as slaves are needed and they are probably just working at really cheap wages. The southern border of Morrowind is filled with swamps and mountains, so a great army has little chance of moving in through the south and the Argonians will only have troops from border towns seeing as everything deeper in Argonia doesn't seem to care.
Unless of course you want to make these events also happen after Oblivion in which case Argonia can have an massive army standing ready to attack but they would likely deal with the Imperial border forts first so the Dunmer people would have had a warning, unless they have several army's and attack everybody on the same. Not very Argonian like but hell times change.
Edit: not trying to destroy your idea or anything like that, just trying to give my oppinion on the realism of the story seeing as the Elderscrolls world is something I really like

Oh, illicit slavery is bound to happen; but to have your main source of income turned into a black market industry is damaging to any economy.
Furthermore, it's only a small coalition of tribes at first. It's no "grand army"; more like a slaughtering of border villages at first.

Again, it's not some kind of war; more of a series of punitive raids utilising small bands.

Small raids are quite possible, keeping in mind however that the Dunmer are experts in raiding and killing Argonians and have the home advantage which means that they are either in city's small villages ussually guarded by House and or Imperial Guards or plantations which are always heavily guarded. But those are probably aimed more at bandits instead of people trying to destroy an entire village.

Well, the game mechanics of it were kinda knocked off schedule when my aunt died. I'll be looking to implement them in the next few days or so.

What kind of system will you be using?
