ROUND 2: All of the characters are revived, and together, they have to fight a team of these villains:

Ultimecia

Glad I get to respond to this first. The FFIX team takes it because of Garnet. While FFVII's uber-cheap "everyone gets the same powers" is tough (and makes the game insanely easy - everyone can use a KOTR for God's sake) Garnet has city-busting eidolons. Odin destroyed Cleyra in a simple strike. He could level FFVII's party ina heartbeat. Or she can simply use Atomos who would swallow them all. Once they're out of the way, Zidane will run circles around Auron in speed but you can't honestly "kill" him so a TKO will be forthcoming when Zidane decaps him. If Yuna wants to try some White Magic, Vivi is ready to incinerate her with his own magic power which is higher than any other Black Mage or Black Waltz and they were capable of causing entire blizzards or causing some major-league wreckage. She has very low endurance given she's human and will fall easy to a huge magic spell.

Now, the CT team, I don't know about. Oh and Tidus. Poor Tidus. Bahamut will make it swift and painless. One shot and he's annihilated. I guess the same could be true for CT's team.

Scenario 2: Kuja demolishes, devastates, kills, destroys, obliterates and in every sense of the word makes extremely dead every party while the other villains wonder why they are there. And don't give me "well, FFIX's team beat him." It's called PIS-plot-induced stupidity. Kuja showed he could either nuke or blow up an entire planet. A group of humans who can't even reach him will last like what...a minute?

The FFX team mops the floor with the rest of the team. Teams lose in this order:

First Loss: Chrono Trigger Team.
Second Loss: FFIX Team.
Third Loss: FFVII Team.
Winners: FFX Team.

And for the second round, the Villains absolutely wipe the floor with everyone.

Sephiroth is a Demi God, Kuja is uber powerful, Ultimecia is said to be a Demi God and Kefka? Well, Kefka becomes a God.

Sephiroth casts Supernova, Kuja casts Ultima, Kefka casts Light of Judgment . . .

Originally, I was going to add in more teams so that they'd stand a chance in Round 2, but then I got lazy >.>

Yes..well, Kuja and Sephiroth. I'll say one is a demi-god but not the other and you can guess which one I think is and which I think isn't.

And FFIX's team cleans house. It's really that simple. Weaker eidolons in Garnet's bag o' summons could destroy entire cities with ease. What is Yuna gonna do? Atomos comes up, swallows her, Auron and Tidus and the "winning" FFX team dies instantly. Honestly. You hav eno basis for FFX winning. Garnet has city-destroying monsters on her side. No plot-wise feats exist with Yuna'a eons. And once Atomos has swallowed FFX's group into his little void, Garnet summons Bahamut who can manhandle military fleets and removes FFVII's party.

Yuna casts Death or Ultima. Bye bye, FFIX party.

Same with FFVII party. Cast Hades, FFIX party inevidably dies. Or the FFVII Party casts Ultima, Master, Death, Comet2, Destruct, Demi3 . . .

Lol, Just Cities? How about Bahamut ZERO that can utilize damage that scapes half of a planet. Or Neo Bahamut who uses Giga Flare.

Or Knights of the Round? Unescapable maneuver.

Lol, and Typhoon? Instant disentergration? Please.

Aerith Casts Final Heaven. Party is invulnerable.

FFIX has alot of summons, but FFVII has those summons, plus more, PLUS Advanced Forms of their summons.

FFIX uses their trance? FFVII Party uses it's limit breaks.

The FFX team sucks. I don't know what I was thinking. The FFVII team wins.

Let us review, shall we?

FFIX = Eidolons and Elements.

FFVII = Red, Green, Yellow, Purple, Blue, Yellow, Black. I've only listed Red and Green.

The FFVII has a wider selection and vista of attacks and they're more powerful.

I can list more, actually.

Aerith uses her ability to have two summons at once. FFIX summons their Bahamut.

FFVII summons Neo Bahamut and Bahamut Zero. Lol, XI Party is stomped and the IX Bahamut is dissipated into unexistance.

Sephiroth is a Demi God. That's the difference. He can come back to life, His power level is off the charts, he can fly, he has several forms, he is able to teleport . . . Yup, Demi God.

Kuja was insanely powerful, but no God. No, not at all.

Do reply to this. I already have a secondary rebuttal awaiting.

None of them destroyed a city or a fleet. ALl that was pointless. Odin stands at an entire city vaporized. Atomos stands at swallowing an entire district and everyone in it. Bahamut stands at wiping out a warfleet. Want me to stop? I could care less about stats because all that is majorly weak. Plot-scenes take priority and Garnet's eidolons have a bit more under their belt.

And yes, Kuja was a demi-god. That's why with his one life, he could revive people, threaten existence, warp reality and create pocket dimensions to go where he wanted to go and his power was so immense it called forth Necron. Sephirtoh didn't achieve anything near that status. His attempt at simply effecting one planet failed...twice and his actions didn't exactly summon a multi-dimensional force.
