Solidus Snake vs. Leon Kennedy

Solidus has his suit and swords and snake-arms as well as both eyes. Leon gets his TMP, and Killer7. I would give him the Rocket launcher..but it wouldn't be much use. Who wins?

Well I know some things about Leon, but not to much. I don't think he would be able to keep up with Solidus speed both in legs and arms. (Being able to run before being hit by Solid Snake's Rifle shots which were already fired, and disarming Olga with his "Snake arms" when she already has her gun nearly pointed at him and is about to shoot, while his hands are still behind his back). I think it would be to much. Also, seeing as Solidus can parry against two Vulcan machine guns at the same time with his swords, I don't see how Leon would get through....
