WELCOME TO FFVII
Several years after the secondary fall of Sephiroth and the end of Geostigma, finally the shakey and unstable bond between AVALANCHE and Shinra Corporation has fallen. Shinra has done extensive rebuilding on the Mako Reactors and has once again begun manufacturing and manipulating the Spirit energy from the lifestream to create Mako Energy for fuel and electrical energy to further enhance weapons technology and several other technologies, such as mobile vehicles and advanced mechanics. AVALANCHE has become seriously upset with this, and has once again formed a resistance against the Shinra Corporation, going as far as beginning to publicly hire Rebel fighters into AVALANCHE to fight directly against Shinra and stop them from manufacturing the life of the planet.
Shinra is not foolish, and is aware of this new, and seemingly repeated threat towards their corporation and operations. AVALANCHE has already initiated a severe strike, going as far as assassinating two of four turks, and taking the other two hostage.
Both Tseng and Elena were fatally killed by Enima and Klassen, who happen to be the leaders of AVALANCHE. Elena was fatally hung and Tseng was killed during gunfire. The two leaders attempted to assassinate both Reno and Rude, but got a larger and more difficult experience than they expected. Reno managed to escape, only to be captured and Rude was also captured, but not before he broke Enima's arm.
Rufus has deemed AVALANCHE a band of terrorist and is hiring SOLDIERs to be imbued with the cells of Jenova and to work as hunters and Soldiers for Shinra to hunt down and stop AVALANCHE from ruining their plans.
PLAYING/JOINING FACTION
You will have the option to join either Shinra, AVALANCHE or you can become a Mercenary and work for one or the other. You can also be an Adventurer.
Mercenaries can choose whichever weapons they'd like, but they are not accessible to all weapons. Mercenaries can also use any kind of Materia, but they must find it first.
Adventurers can also use any weapon or Materia, but they must first find it.
ADVENTURERS OR MERCENARIES CAN JOIN A FACTION ANY TIME THEY PLEASE.
SHINRA CORPORATION
All Operations take place in NEO-MIDGAR.
SOLDIER
If you decide to join Shinra, you will be first accepted as a Soldier. Soldiers are Elite Fighters that participate in accomplishing small missions together for Shinra. You will be taken to a Procession Lab and you will be imbued with the cells of Jenova to elevate your senses, and make you more powerful and faster than ever before. You will wield Swords/Knifes and will wear special gear, such as open clothing save for small chestplates or shoulderpads made of metal. Knee and elbow pads are required as well. You listen to Turks, the VP and (Of course) the President. Defiance will follow with punishment.
WEAPONS USED: Swords, Spears, Axes and Claws.
MATERIA: Purple Materia.
TURKS
To become a Turk is a rare event. You must be exceptionally skilled and you must fill the position. After your career as a SOLDIER, you will be reviewed and may become a Turk. Turks are exceptional Assassins, espionage artists and also scout for potential SOLDIERs to join Shinra. Turks are also bodyguard units to serve higher ranks within the Shinra Hierarchy. SOLDIERs take orders directly from you, so you must take your Job seriously. You must organize missions for SOLDIERs, or do missions involving direct orders from the VP.
WEAPONS USED: Metal Rods (Bonebreakers), Pistols or Handguns.
MATERIA: None utilized.
THE ADVANCED DEPARTMENT
At this point, Shinra has seen that you're beyond being a Turk and have an obvious talent and specialization that could suit one of their five departments.

- Urban Development
- Science
- Public Safety Maintenance
Once chosen for one of these jobs, you have large responsibilities to take upon, and you will serve as a valuable asset to the Shinra corporation. If you're hired to do one of these specific jobs, it will be explained to you in a Private message. You can give specific orders to Turks, involving complex and special missions. You may not order SOLDIERs around. You take direct order from the Vice President and primary order from the President.

VICE PRESIDENT
This is a serious, one man job involving dedication to the Corporation and severe patience and ambition. You will be trained to become an expert in a combat, a master of verbal persuasion and a general spokesperson for Shinra. You give orders to SOLDIER, Turks and all of the department heads and you are in charge of leading these operations. This is a difficult job, but it will pay off.
WEAPONS USED: Guns (Pistols, Shotguns and Automatics)
MATERIA: Depends.
PRESIDENT

REBEL FIGHTER
You will be introduced to AVALANCHE as a Rebel Fighter (If you join them.) You will go through extensive physical exercise and training to become a powerful and knowledgable Rebel Fighter. You will be sent to do missions from Commanders and maybe even a Leader or few.
WEAPONS USED: Fists, Swords, Spears and Axes.
MATERIA: None utilized.
REBEL COMMANDER
When you rank up, you can become a Commander and give Rebel Fighters order and request that they complete missions. Commanders are also often sent on a mission with a small handful of Rebel Fighters to complete tasks or missions. Commanders have a responsibility to be tactful and to look after their Fighters.
WEAPONS USED: Swords, Fists, and Pistols.
MATERIA: Yellow Materia.
OPERATIONS SUPERVISOR
An Operations supervisor is a man who usually generates 90% of the missions and creates the plan, layout, blueprints and general outline for mission initiation. They also recruit Fighters into AVALANCHE and train them. Operations Supervisors have extensive knowledge and specific training. Their jobs are oftne extensive and difficult.
WEAPONS USED: Fists, Claws and Pistols.
MATERIA: None utilized.
ARCHLEADER
There may only be one Archleader, and he is responsible to look over the Commanders, Fighters and OP's. He is often a widely experience, intelligent and powerful warrior. Archleaders do a lot of the word-spreading when it comes to the rebellion. They often tell people and spread the word about Shinra's bad deeds. An Archleader has a number of tasks and things to do within AVALANCHE.
WEAPONS USED: Guns (Automatic) and Swords.
MATERIA: Green Materia.

"Sephiroth slashed Barret and he fell to the ground bleeding horribly."
The second thing is . . . Never post an attack post twice. When initiated into a battle, post an attack once and wait for a Gamemaster (ME!) to tell you whether your attack was successful or not on the Battle Sheet.
