Avatar Gallery

If anyone has images that they'd like to submit for the avatar gallery, feel free to post them here. For those of you who don't know what the avatar gallery is, it's a collection of hosted images that you can choose as default avatars instead of loading your own.

I'll be uploading a bunch later - hopefully.


NOTE - If you do submit avatars, please make sure they conform to board size (no larger than 150 x 150). Be sure to include the name of the file, a link to its source (that is, where you have it hosted), and a sample of what it looks like.

Also, if you want to make users work for certain more ones (either more awesome looking or ones that are more difficult to make), you can recommend a minimum post count required to unlock it. Additionally, if you have a preferred gallery title, you are free to suggest it.

So, all in all, you'll need the following:

Post Requirement:
Sample:

File Name - (What name will appear in the selection menu.)
File Link - (Link to source.)
Post Requirement - (Minimum posts needed to use avatar.)
Sample - (Use image tags to show me what it looks like.)


Once your avis are loaded up, I'll erase your post to prevent people from stealing them (otherwise, what's the point of minimum post counts?). All considerations for addition are subject to admin discretion. We reserve the right to reject any avatars that are inappropriate or just not badass enough.

Yep, I pulled those together over about a 2-2 1/2 hour span. I'm glad you like them. ^^

Since they're from a bunch of different places, I'll just call it "Gekko's Gallery." If you've any other name for it, feel free to suggest it.

Maybe if I get enough, I can make an anime gallery or a Naruto gallery.

I'll take some time and edit that post with links and titles shortly. I planned on making a few more at some point, which I will be putting more 'effort' into. Those will likely be the ones I suggest minimum post counts for. ;)

Fair enough. I've editted the first post with what you need for each piece. I might add post requirements for some anyway, though, simply because people shouldn't get presents withoutshowing at least some committment to the board.

Oh yeah, once I upload them, I'm erasing the post to prevent people from stealing them like what Chomper did (no offense).

Bleach and Naruto are the most recently popular fight-based animes. Sad, really, because Bleach started off so well. T_T The rest of the images, with a couple of exceptions, are from games that I don't know much about, though Magna Carta puts out nice images. If anyone has any particular requests for subjects, please PM them to me so I can keep them all in one place. :)

Sandman, I will make sure to do a couple more Rock Lee ones for you. ;)

You say that like he had an easy time doing it. Rock kicked his ass for 3 episodes before Gaara took that cheap shot.

If by "kicking his ass" you mean Gaara just stood there and took it and shrugged off every attack he had, then when he got bored he just crushed him then yes.. yes he did. As the Manga shows, Gaara actually didn't even take any damage. Rock Lee barely penetrated his sand armor before his arm was destroyed. So ha!

Rock Lee kicked his ass, Gaara is literally lying on his back when he cheap shots Lee. Lee moved so fast that his sand could not physically keep up.

Thanks to Illustrious, the avatar galleries are now a bit more sightly. No more breaking frames and what not.
