Janus' RP got me revved up to re-populate an Idea I had running many years ago and it's a game I used to play with my cousins when I was a small child.
STORYLINE
There was eight abandoned Asylums that needed work upon in the late nineties. A construction team destroy one through six without any problems with machinery or any injury to the workers population on the Asylum Demolitions Project.
Then they reached the Seventh Asylum. It seemed darker and alot more musty than it's previous counterparts. It also happened to be larger in size and more intricate with it's architecture. It had not been touched by any life or anybody in at least fourty or fifty years.
The demolitions team entered the Asylum and reviewed it entirely. They did not cover every single square inch of ground within the astoundingly enormous Asylum. It was reported to have had over seventy five rooms, eighty hallways, fifty five sets of stairs and twenty four bathrooms.
What the demolition team saw was horrific and disgusting - Blood stains among the walls of the hallways . . . Splattered blood on the bathroom tiles . . . Bones that looked broken and completely torn off of skeletons lay around the halls and rooms.
Several of these rooms had torture devices such as Iron Maidens, Judas chairs, Chairs of Torture and a few rooms even had Guillotines. The blood was dry and darkened, but it reeked of sour milk and bile among each room. The smell made your throat burn and the darkness of the Asylum made the hair on your skin stand on end.
The demolition workers consisted of a small team of ten men. They walked in one large group among the hallways until they finally encountered someone wandering the hallways of the Asylum. When the men approached him to ask him his name, he dropped a piece of paper and merged with the darkness, vanishing instantly to another location within the Asylum.
One of the Workers, John Templeton, picked up the small piece of crispy, beige paper and read it. It said:
"Ignace"
The name made the breath leave his body as his heart began to dent from the intensive beating induced from his overdose of fear that drowned within him. The man was tall, standing at approxametly 6'4 in height. He was fairly skinny and wore all black clothing and had a long, black cape with a black hood covering his head and shadowing his face.
Suddenly, nine of the workers heard a thump as they turned around and saw a Worker on the ground with a double edged Dagger injected into the back of his neck. It looked to be an instant kill. The workers yelped and jogged through the Asylum, searching for an exit. As tactical as they were with the project, they got lost.
They ran without looking and two of the workers flew into the air as their feet seperated from their legs. There was a razor sharp wire hidden within the darkness that tripped them. They were running so fast, it tore their feet off as they plummeted to the ground. This place was a deathtrap.
The seven remaining men bolted down the hallways with more excessive speeds. The demolitions manager, and the man who picked up the note, John Templeton, told them to set up dynamite amongst the forward wall to enter a dropshaft into the Asylum that would lead them to their designated exit. One of the men went to place dynamite on the wall and suddenly he felt a pinch in his forearm.
A small pin with a ball at the end of it filled with a tinted liquid was darted into his arm. He looked as the liquid drained into his bloodstream. He screamed and he was suddenly thrown into a seizure. He convulsed and began to stop spasming. He finally died.
John looked at the dynamite and placed it into his backpack and rejected the idea to blow the wall. It was obvious this Ignace did not want the Asylum destroyed - Or the six men alive.
They ran and suddenly Ignace appeared out of the shadows with a Dagger. He slashed one of the mens throat and quickly stabbed the other one in the torso. He violently ripped the knife out of the man he stabbed and threw his arm forward into another man, shoving the Knife into his eye socket. He was very quick and he moved like lightning.
The three men didn't look back at all. They just picked up the pace and ran even further into the Asylum while the dark figure known as Ignace executed their fellow workers. John had a hammer on his utility belt and a boxcutter. He took out the boxcutter and gave it to another worker named Tim. John armed himself with the hammer as they slowed down their pace and concentrated on finding an exit to this apparent hellhole.
Suddenly, Ignace came from within the shadows once again with a much larger blade resembling a machete. He came forward and whipped his arm down with tremendous force and took off Tim's hand. The boxcutter clapped the cold concrete ground as Tim screamed in pain. Ignace took one quick swipe towards Tim's neck and rigidly cut his head off. John threw himself towards Ignace and took a swing with the hammer. The remaining worker jumped onto Ignace. John took another swing and smashed Ignace in the ribs. Ignace let out a cold screech as he smashed the Worker that was on his back into the wall. The worker fell onto the cool ground unconcious.
Ignace turned his torso and lifted his leg into the air and delivered a shattering kick to Johns cheekbone. John's head clocked sideways as he dropped to the ground exceedingly fast. Ignace then dragged the remaining worker (Whose name was Markus) into a room not too far away.
John woke up only seconds later to hear shuffling in the next room. John peered at his watch and it read 6:03AM. Him and his workers had been there all night running from this bastard. John heard grunting and Markus moaning in pain. Markus' moaning elevated slowly into blood curtling screaming. John turned his head and tried not to hear.
John suddenly saw sunlight from a door only an inch open that was less that ten feet away. It was the exit! John looked back at the door where Markus was screaming and then he looked at the exit that his men spent their final moments looking for throughout what seemed to be a cursed night.
What would he do?
